to a survey by Common Health Magazine in Taiwan, China Airlines
ranked first in the Best Airline for Healthy Travel in Taiwan.
This reflected that the service quality and experience of consumers
enable China Airlines in shaping up a successful brand image.
The healthy brand survey was held the third year in a row. All
brand names in the survey were evaluated in four categories !V
quality, brand image, past use experience and service. Industries
evaluated in the survey include food, service, automobile, consumer
electronic, houseware, apparel !Ketc.
In addition to the continuous effort in improving service quality,
China Airlines especially emphasizes on inflight catering and
cabin ambiance. Healthy recipe concept for less salt, oil, sugar
and more fiber was adopted. New inflight exercises and massage
pads in the seats of A340-300 aircraft was also introduced. During
SARS period in 2003, China Airlines immediately provided anti-SARS
information and actions on aircraft, passengers, crewmembers and
general staff on daily basis to boarding passengers and general
public.
